Description
John Russell Pope's entry in the competition for the Roosevelt Memorial consisted of designing a new entrance for the American Museum of Natural History. The architectural drawing shows the proposed Roosevelt Memorial Hall in the American Museum of Natural History, and includes a portion of Central Park in front of the Memorial, featuring a wide alley which would lead to the Metropolitan Museum of Art.
