Looking northward along the Kwakiutl village
Description
From Anthropology data: Note the sign over the first doorway, which refers to the ceremony of the breaking of a very valuable copper by a chief. This sign may be read more easily in No. 46020. This sign states that Chief Klakwagila of Kinkam Inlet, B. C. broke a copper worth $11500. The picture of the copper is also shown on the sign.
