Title
Looking eastward up the main street of the Christianized village near the mission at Bella Coola
Description
From Anthropology Scrapbook: Looking eastward up the main street of the Indian village or christianized village near the mission at Bella Coola. The mountains are purplish above the timber line. There is snow on them all the year around in the protected places and blue glaciers may be seen in the same places. Occasionally a tent occupied by an interior Indian who has come down to the region to visit or work, may be seen in this street. These interior Indians are of a different type and different linguistic type than the Bella Coola.
