From Anthropology Description: Taken at the Songish village about half a mile west of the Esquimalt and Nanaimo Railroad Bridge at Victoria, British Columbia on the Songish Reserve. Another view of the same subject as shown in No. 45992, differing in that he is cutting with a steel tool held nearly horizontal.
