Title
Pot, Medje.
Description
Although Lang collected Medje pottery from the beginning of the expedition in 1910, this anthropomorphic style was not acquired, and probably not produced until 1914. The incised pattern, particularly the half-circles composed of horizontal and vertical lines, closely resembles that found on non-anthropomorphic Medje water jars.
Materials: Ceramic, pigment.
